Services – Reservationless
800 Full Service Reservationless
Provides toll-free access to a conference bridge 24 / 7, without the
need to schedule a conference in advance. Each leader is assigned a
dedicated toll free number and passcode for conference access. Operator
assistance is available at all times, by pressing *0. You use the same
passcodes for audio and ReadyShow®.
Conference Manager NEW
This feature allows you to schedule a conference or control a
conference in progress via a secure web interface. Graphical real-time
usage reports may be viewed and exported to a .csv file. A secure login
may be obtained by contacting customer service at 877-709-8255.
Attendance Reports - Now with Recording Playback NEW
A report detailing each conference call, including caller ID and entry
and exit times, and a link to listen to an archive of the conference
(if the conference is recorded by the leader) is emailed to the
conference leader following each call.
Lecture Mode Conference
This conference is most suitable for presentations and large groups.
Participants in the conference are placed into a “listen only” mode and
only the leader can be heard.
Name Record/Play When
enabled, Name Record/Play prompts each participant to record their name
before they enter the conference. Each time a participant enters the
conference, the recorded name is played to the entire conference. By
pressing *8 during the conference, the leader or participant can hear
the names played back.
Music / Security When
enabled, this feature requires the leader passcode to be entered to
initiate a conference. By requiring a “leader” to be present,
unauthorized access is minimized.
Billing Codes When
enabled, conference leaders are prompted to enter a numeric code
followed by the # key prior to gaining access to the conference. This
code will appear on the invoice, enabling the leader to track
conference usage at the individual client level.
Services – Enhanced Options
Conference Viewer NEW
This feature allows you to view an operator assisted conference in
progress via a secure web interface. The host can view the names of the
participants, as well as the Q&A queue.
Self-Registration NEW
This feature provides you with a link to email to your audience
prior to a conference, requesting them to register in advance. Each
registrant will receive the conference passcode and a PIN for their
exclusive use. By using the PIN, each line will be named in the
conference, allowing the leader to view the list of participants via
Conference Manager or Conference Viewer.
800 Scheduled Conferencing
Participants schedule reservations via Conference Manager, the
reservation number, e-mail or fax. Operator assistance is available at
all times, at no additional cost, by pressing *0. All participants dial
the same telephone number, enter a pass code, and are automatically
added to their conference.
Operator Dial Out
Participants schedule reservations via the reservation number,
e-mail or fax. At the time of scheduling, the Conference Group is
provided with a dial out list, including participants’ names and
telephone numbers. The Conference Group operator will call the
participants, announce the reason for the call and place the
participants into the appropriate conference.
ReadyShow® Web Conferencing
Add the power of the Internet to your conference call. Conference
leaders can now conduct PowerPoint™ slideshows, “follow-me” website
tours, and application sharing sessions over the web.
Dedicated Full-Time Operator (FTO)
With this option, an operator monitors one assigned conference for its
entire duration. With this premium level of service, the operator can
conduct a roll call, facilitate a question and answer session, as well
as poll the participants for the leader.
Q&A Leaders can answer
participants’ questions most efficiently by using the Q&A feature.
Q&A promotes electronic “hand-raising”. Participants press “1” on
their telephone keypad when they have a question and the Conference
Group operator addresses each person individually. During Q&A, all
lines except the leaders are muted.
Polling
A Polling session enables the leader to gather responses in an
organized manner. The Conference Group operator, or the leader,
requests an opinion on a particular topic and lists the possible
responses with corresponding numbers. Participants respond/vote by
pressing a key on their telephone keypad. |
