MTP regularly records location specific information on our enterprise servers and once we receive proper authorization we immediately coordinate with law enforcement to recover your stolen property and prosecute the perpetrators.

How it works

MTP records location specific information to our enterprise servers at regular intervals when connected to the internet. When your device is stolen you immediately contact the MTP theft recovery hotline 877-375-2468 (Opt 8) and we will immediately assist you in filing a police report. Once we receive a copy of the police report we will obtain a subpoena that is presented to the suspect's internet service provider (ISP) requiring the release of customer account information to police. The police will obtain a search warrant and enter the identified location to recover the device, apprehend and criminally charge the suspect.
